Accommodations
You won’t have to worry about where everyone will stay when you book corporate events at Capt Hirams Resort. Hotel accommodations are just steps away from the meeting and event spaces. The hotel features 86 Key West-style rooms with comfort and convenience. If your group needs more than eight rooms be sure to ask about our special room block pricing.
Meeting Spaces
Capt Hirams Resort is home to several unique spaces for you to choose from to host your next event. Each room is centrally located here on property with access to AV technology and catered meals.
Located above Blackfins Riverfront Grill are the Tiffany Room and the Board Room. The Tiffany Room is recently renovated, measures 2,800 square feet, and can fit up to 150 guests. This is a great space for meetings, presentations, banquets, and celebrations. The Tiffany Room also features breathtaking, panoramic views of the Indian River Lagoon and Capt Hirams Marina. The room can be set up in an array of custom seating arrangements that will best fit your group. The Board Room is ideal for small corporate meetings seating up to 14 people. This room is equipped with everything your meeting needs to succeed – AV technology, Wi-Fi, a conference phone, and a white board for brainstorming. Catered service is available or feel free to take a break from the Board Room and enjoy lunch on the water in Blackfins Riverfront Grill or the Sandbar Beach Club.
Located in Blackfins Riverfront Grill is the Ramp Lounge – a fun and rustic room that can seat up to 40 people. The Ramp Lounge is a popular spot for breakfast or lunch meetings, presentations, and banquets. This room is equipped with 3 big screen televisions, a podium and sound system, and air conditioning. After your meeting you are just steps from the live music and libations right on the sand.
Party Places
Capt Hirams Resort offers a taste of the tropics whether you’re looking for a casual, corporate setting or need a place to wind down after work. Over at the Sandbar Beach Club we have our Anita Boat and Scoops Two Drink Top-ShelfBar. The Anita Boat is a full-size boat with a great view of the live music on our Grand Sand Bandstand stage and access to food and drink service. You can reserve the entire boat for your group, seating up to 35 people, and relax right on the river. Our Scoops Two Drink Bar will provide an elevated experience for your group with top-shelf service, a private television, and unobstructed views of the main stage.
You can also choose to let loose on Capt Hirams Resort’s private Bimini Beach. The beach is an ideal outdoor space for soaking up the sun after a long day of work. Bimini Beach offers a Bahamian atmosphere, covered areas with picnic tables, and a fire pit. It’s the perfect spot for outdoor events – day or night.
Team Activities
Capt Hirams Resort is in a prime location on the Indian River Lagoon, making it a popular fishing and watersports destination. The Adventure Center & Marina is a home base for our River King Cruise eco-tours, kayak & paddleboard rentals and fishing charters. Choose from three different cruises on the River King where you can see a wide range of Florida wildlife such as dolphins, turtles, alligators, and several species of birds. If you need to get the creative juices flowing with some physical activity hop on a paddleboard, bicycle, or kayak rental from our Adventure Center and explore the natural beauty of Sebastian. If you really want to get to know this Florida community, you and your crew can rent a pontoon on our dock from Sebastian Watercraft Rentals or catch a few fish with an experienced charter captain.
