Consumer Advisory

• Ordering & Pickup: Orders must be placed at least seven (7) days in advance to guarantee availability. Last-minute orders are subject to availability and may have limited menu options. Pickup is available during our regular business hours. Please confirm your pickup time when placing your order.

• Food Safety & Storage: All hot items should be consumed or properly refrigerated within 2 hours of pickup. If reheating is necessary, follow the provided instructions to maintain food quality and safety. Cold items should be kept refrigerated until serving.

• Allergy & Dietary Information: While we strive to accommodate dietary needs, our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, gluten, and shellfish. Please inform us of any allergies when placing your order, and we will do our best to provide safe alternatives.

• Cancellation & Modifications: Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Orders canceled within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee. Menu modifications are available upon request but may require additional preparation time & cost.
